Install the program and add 'game capture' from the source to start recording.. once visible/enabled dont resize anything, just start recording and switch to your game. That fixes the resolution recording bug with NFS Unbound.

I output in .mkv (H.264) from obs studio which gives me a 175mb filesize for 30 seconds.. then reconvert in .mkv (VP8) which gives me around 50mb filesize after export. thats enought to post a 1mins video of your cars.
